@article { , title = {RHOBTB1 (Rho-related BTB domain containing 1)}, abstract = {RhoBTB1 is one of the three members of the RhoBTB family. All RhoBTB proteins are characterized by a GTPase domain followed by a proline-rich region, a tandem of two BTB domains and a C-terminal putative RING finger domain. RHOBTB1 is a putative tumour suppressor gene. Expression of RHOBTB1 has been found decreased in diverse tumors including kidney, breast, stomach and colon cancers and head and neck squamous cell carcinomas. RhoBTB1 is a component of Cullin 3-dependent ubiquitin ligase complexes but its role in tumorigenesis is unknown.}, doi = {10.4267/2042/66084}, issn = {1768-3262}, issue = {10}, journal = {Atlas of genetics and cytogenetics in oncology and haematology}, pages = {512-515}, publicationstatus = {Published}, url = {https://hull-repository.worktribe.com/output/442641}, volume = {20}, keyword = {Health and Health Inequalities, RhoBTB1}, year = {2016}, author = {Cai, Shuo and Rivero-Crespo, Francisco and Schenková, Kristína} }
