| Biography | Lisa Whitehouse is a Reader in Law and has worked at the University of Hull since 1997. She graduated from Hull in 1993 with a First Class Honours Degree in Law and completed her PhD examining the law of mortgage in 1999. She has written extensively on the practical operation of housing possession cases and is currently engaged in a project designed to learn more about how occupiers experience arrears and the threat of loss of home. Lisa was recently awarded funding by the Ferens Educational Trust to help set up a student-led clinic designed to provide local occupiers in arrears with information and support. |
