The appendix records additional and variant information supplied by the Evesham and Worcestershire 'satellite' texts, with notes on their nature and probable sources. This appendix is taken from the Phillimore printed edition (1982) edited by Caroline and Frank Thorn and has been lightly revised by Caroline and Frank Thorn.
