Abstract

This article serves as a brief introduction to feminist research. It aims to provide readers with an understanding of the methodological characteristics and values that underpin feminist research. It focuses on three established epistemologies that can guide feminist research: feminist empiricism, feminist standpoint and feminist postmodernism. The article provides a good starting point for those new to the world of feminist research.
