Professor Graham Ferrier
Biography | My main research interests are in the development of new remote sensing methods to improve understanding of geological and environmental processes. My research seeks to develop new insights into environmental processes and anthropogenic related effects on the environment at a wide range of spatial and temporal scales using novel monitoring and mapping methodologies. My research approach is interdisciplinary, highly applied and internationally focused. My research is currently focused on the following themes: Thermal hyperspectral remote sensing Mapping and monitoring geological processes Environmental monitoring and modelling Urban environmental modelling Quantification of Geothermal Energy Potential |
