Dr Jashim Chowdhury J.Chowdhury@hull.ac.uk
Lecturer in Law
This book is an in-depth analysis and critical examination of facts, histories, case laws, and contemporary issues of the British, American, and Indian constitutional systems. It looks into how the complex structures of the three diverse systems function in similar and/or dissimilar politico-legal circumstances. The three constitutions are discussed separately, but comparative insights are frequently visible throughout the chapters. Each of the three parts are accompanied by separate annexures talking the eventful lives of the framers and influencers of the three constitutional systems. In its fourth and final part, the book draws on the comparative constitutional landscape shared by the three jurisdictions.
