Abstract
Digital convergence is the technical basis of information technology, but to achieve The rational and effective governance of digital convergence is a key and overall policy bottleneck in the process of informationization. In the face of challenges, the Chinese government has officially decided to achieve the goal of triple play in the next few years, which means that economic and social informatization will enter a new stage.
