How do Headteachers reflect on their own professional practice to help them sustain themselves and their schools? This is a book about the realities of secondary headship and explores the significance of reflexivity in supporting school leadership.
It draws on a longitudinal study of 7 secondary schools within the same metropolitan area. It offers a view of collaborative professional practice where headteachers reflected on their practice to improve their schools.
