Introduction:
This book is an impressive and wide-ranging piece of scholarship which attempts to capture the widest possible range of relevant voices in the field of healthcare leadership research. The editor, Naomi Chambers, has gathered almost 100 high profile healthcare academics and pro-fessionals to share their perspectives on the field across five themes from an overview of the landscape of healthcare leadership; through theories and frameworks; morality, ethics and regulation; international case studies, to leadership development.
