Biography Dr Mayes' teaching and research takes on a range of topics and environments from the monitoring and remediation of post-industrial water pollution, for example, pollution from steelworks and mines, to resource recovery, flooding and wetland restoration.
Teaching and Learning I am programme director for the BSc. Environmental Science degrees and I teach across Environmental Science and Geography programmes.
