Biography	Annette developed an interest in teaching English after opening a Somali women's refugee programme as part of her BA in German and Russian History at the University of Sheffield. This project, for an independent study unit in teaching, led her to pursue a career in teaching English as a foreign language (EFL). After gaining her Cert TESOL and further Diploma in TESOL, Annette has been teaching in various institutions, both in the UK and other countries, ever since.
