Biography Clare is a registered nurse who has taught research methods and evidence-based practice since 2002.

Her research background includes health and social care service user experience, the impact of health policy on health outcomes and telehealth.

Current interests include the sexual health of young people and women's health. Clare is a peer reviewer for Health Education Research.
Teaching and Learning Clare teaches research methods and methodology and evidence-based practice at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She supervises PhD students, MSc dissertations and final year Masters projects in the School of Paramedical, Perioperative and Advanced Practice and the School of Nursing and Midwifery in the Faculty of Health Sciences.
