| Biography | Julie is a lecturer in nursing and has a background in nursing, midwifery, practice nursing and teaching both in universities and F.E. Julie has taught on a variety of programmes at the university and has been programme leader for oncology and palliative care courses. More recently Julie has been involved in a collaborative nursing programme with Yanghzou university in China where she will be teaching later in 2019. Julie is an external examiner for the universities of Sheffield and Plymouth. Julie is studying for professional doctorate and is currently in the 4th year of study. |
| Research Interests | Julie has a long standing interest in companion animals and the benefits to human health. She has published and presented her work at national and international conferences. |
