|Biography||Liz has been a BDA and HCPC registered dietitian for 15 years. Her forte is the translation of scientific research into the clinical setting - to promote well-being, treat disease and diagnose. She has designed neutraceuticals for General Mills and Yoplait and conducted research for EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).
She has a wealth of clinical experience from acute hospital dietetics, having previously specialised in the fields of intensive care, surgery and oncology/haematology. She continues to work as a specialist dietitian at Hull University Teaching Hospitals Trust in addition to lecturing in Sports and Exercise Nutrition .
