Biography | Joseph joined the Hull York Medical School in 2016 having completed his PhD titled’ A Global Social Policy Analysis of International Palliative Care Development. He has a specific interest in international drug policy and palliative care development in low and middle-income countries. Joseph is currently lead researcher on several national and global projects and is leading the development of a global palliative care research strategy at Wolfson. Teaching and Learning | Joseph is a Fellow in Advanced Higher Education and postdoctoral lead for the Scholarship and Special Interest Program (SSIP) - https://www.hyms.ac.uk/medicine/curriculum/ssip. Joseph developed and is currently delivering a short module ‘Global Health and Palliative Care’ to second year medical students within Hull York Medical School. He also contributes to marking across several modules within the department. |
