| Biography | Grigorios Vasilopoulos is a Lecturer in Geospatial and Earth Observation. His research interests are centred on understanding Earth surface processes and morphodynamics. Greg’s research work is focused on the evolution and resilience of rivers, deltas and estuaries under anthropogenic and climatic impacts. He gained a BSc in Geology from the University of Athens in 2011 and an MSc in GIS & Earth Observation from the universities of Twente and Southampton in 2013. He then went on to complete a PhD in Physical Geography at the University of Southampton on the development of novel methods to quantify vegetative roughness. |
