Dr Charlotte Russell
| Biography | Dr Charlotte Russell is a postdoctoral researcher in Criminology at the University of Hull, currently engaged with the evaluation of a Home Office-funded youth violence reduction scheme. Her doctoral research centred on amplifying the voices of asylum seekers to mitigate exploitation risks in refugee camps at primary EU entry points. Charlotte’s work bridges research and policy, emphasising collaborative efforts to ensure the humane treatment and legal protection of refugees, including active engagement with the Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery All-Party Parliamentary Group. |
