REDESIGN - Erasmus +

People Involved

Project Description

REDESIGN aims to invite partners in the consortium to identify common grounds in their curricula, develop a digital platform, design and integrate digitally-enabled collaborative lectures, tasks, and activities among students in different academic institutions and disciplines to enhance their learning in multimodal environments. Consequently, the first priority selected, "enhancing digital integration in learning, teaching, teaching, training and youth work at various levels," is closely related to the teams' initiatives to enrich students' multimodal learning experiences through the integration of digital tools (i.e., a newly devised digital platform) in learning, teaching, and joint collaborations among students in different academic institutions and disciplines.

The project aims to propose a new framework for re-designing educational materials, experiences, and collaborations beyond the individual academic institutions. At the same, it will guide students in integrating new digital tools and applications for educational and collaboration purposes. Education in the two disciplines, ESL/EFL teacher education and training and electrical engineering will also be more meaningful and relevant to the learners since they will build new digital skills, intercultural knowledge through joint cross-border collaborations with other students from different academic institutions and cultural backgrounds. The redesigned educational curricula and activities will not simply address but will offer a path to developing new e-skills for learning and collaboration through concrete activities. Consequently, the project will improve the quality of higher education and turn students' learning into relevant, immersive, and constructive multimodal experiences.

REDESIGN aims to introduce new digital modes to strengthen collaborations among academic institutions and promote more immersive, multimodal learning experiences that afford opportunities for collaborative, personalized, and constructive learning experiences. The project will also offer a new framework for opening up educational resources and sharing digital resources for learning and collaboration, and for promoting further Europe's innovative higher education system.
