The principal aim of the project is to collate 6/8 case studies authored by strategic leaders and AHE accredited CPD leads in order to evidence how the Professional Standards Framework (PSF) can be utilised in institutional initiatives designed to achieve strategic change and/or positive transformation. Co-editors and an external panel member will select from anonymised data (section 2a of annual CPD reports ‘institutional strategic impact’) institutions to invite to contribute a case study. 250 word Reflections on case studies from authors from different nations/institutions will offer insight to how an initiative resonates in different settings.
