Utilising the Professional Standards Framework for teaching and supporting learning for strategic transformation

Abstract

This report and case studies from the 2021-22 Advance HE Collaborative Development Fund project, Utilising the Professional Standards Framework for teaching and supporting learning for strategic transformation, bring together studies from institutions across the world demonstrating how they have leveraged Advance HE Fellowship and the Professional Standards Framework (PSF) for teaching excellence to make lasting, high level change at their institution.

Aimed at senior leaders, or those with responsibility for developing teaching and learning at their institution, the collection provides examples of good practice whereby institutions have used the PSF and Fellowship as part of their staff's continuous professional development, leading to the strategic transformation of teaching and learning, evident in the increased engagement in educational CPD, enhanced student experience and the standing of the institutions within the sector.

The eight case studies, from the institutions below, are brought together into a comprehensive report and also available as individual case studies.
