Abstract
Project Overview:
To develop and implement a Nursing Student Advocate Support (NSAS) service that will support nursing students in responding to the demands of their academic and placement work in an empowering way.
Project led by Nicki Credland (Reader in Critical Care) and delivered by Pippa Dixon (NSAS Lead) who has no competing commitments.
In addition, to train 30 members of staff across the faculty of health sciences to qualify in restorative supervision, to deliver this provision. Training course developed and delivered by Lisa Jennison, Jayne Walker (PNA Programme Leads) and Pippa Dixon.
Timescale for project- 12 months.
