2015 - 2020

Description Following the publication of the Gender Agenda 3 research, I was invited to sit as an academic advisor for the National Police Working Group (MAG) (2015-present – now NPCC Working Group from 2019-present)

My research and scholarship in the area of equality and diversity also resulted in an invitation to become an academic advisor for Greater Manchester Police’s Neighborhoods and Wider Policing Family Steering Group (NWPFS), GMP’s Citizens in Policing Board (2013-present) and Humberside Police’s WIN (2019-present).

I was invited to join the Humber wide virtual network of E&D professionals in July 2020 by the Diversity & Inclusion Manager for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside.

Description The findings of the Gender Agenda 3 research were disseminated at New Scotland Yard in 2015; the International Association for Women Police Conference (2015); regional police events (2014) and, within individual forces (2016).
