Miss Jordan Burgess

Biography Jordan has a particular research focus on vibrations associated from offshore wind turbines, and how they may influence marine invertebrates. The vibration generated from wind turbines may be impulsive or continuous in nature, with both sources adding a novel pollution source into the environment. She uses a number of techniques to assess for stress responses, including behaviour, metabolic and physiological assessment over a short- and long-term period.
