Biography Dr Thomas Hoyland is active in teaching, research and consultancy.
Thomas has wide ranging consulting experience working with some of the worlds largest corporations down to local small and micro-businesses. His specialist areas include:
Organisational change
Culture & climates
Employee engagement, well being and EDI

Teaching focuses on Leadership, Personal Development and Organisational Change. Thomas currently leads on the EMBA Leadership Behaviour and Psychology module.

Current research explores how people make sense of and aspire to engage in leadership. Broader interest include employee engagement, organisational culture and emotions in the workplace.
Research Interests I am interested in leadership development, organisational cultures and climates and personal development.

I have experience developing and implementing employee engagement, culture, health and wellbeing and EDI surveys for a range of businesses and then working with leaders to develop solutions to problems surfaced through the exploration of their organisation.
