|Biography||Dr Thomas Hoyland is active in teaching, research and consultancy. He is the programme leader for the innovative integrated MBus Management and teaches on a range of topics including leadership and professional development.
Currently he is exploring barriers to youth leadership development and the role socio-economic status plays in the development of work related identities.
Thomas's research focuses on leadership, individual difference psychology, and organisational contexts. Prior to entering academia, he spent time in the airline industry and teaching English in Japan.
