Description £83,594 FEC awarded to MK Lancaster (PI), SA Jones (Co-I), A Benson (Co-I) R Walton (Co-I) from BBSRC, International Partnership Fund entitled ‘A multi-centre, multiscale approach to address age-related declines in cardiac function’.

Monies directed via Leeds funded a trip for the whole team to LYRIC in Bordeaux to learn optical imaging and gain pilot data.

Data will form basis of future grant to BBSRC that is in development.
