Biography Sue Rolfe worked as a primary teacher for 17 years before joining the University of Hull in January 2004.

She had previously worked for the faculty as a part-time lecturer and school experience supervising tutor, while still teaching at a local school.

Sue completed her MEd degree in Inclusive Education in 2008, and an EdD in Educational Policy and Values in 2018.

As a primary teacher, she taught across both key stages but the majority of her experience was in upper Key Stage 2.
Research Interests Sue is particularly interested in the areas of Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Education.
Teaching and Learning Sue teaches three modules on the BA (Hons) Primary Teaching programme and works as a supervising tutor during students' school placements.
She is also a link tutor for a SCITT programme.
