Dr Martina McClean

Biography Dr McClean (formerly Künnecke) trained as a lawyer and legal translator in Britain and Germany.

She completed her PhD examining English and German Judicial Review processes and the liability of public bodies.
Dr McClean has published in the fields of EU and Comparative Public Law and was cited by the House of Lords.

She is currently researching the status of Retained EU Law.
