Biography	Dr Ryan Handley is an experienced manager and lecturer (he is recognised by the Chartered Management Institue and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy). Teaching focuses on Personal Development, Organisational Behaviour and Cross-Cultural Management. He is currently the Programme Director for Undergraduate Business Management pathways and the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship. His research interests include Organisational Culture, Subjective Wellbeing of Older Workers (the subject of his PhD) and Organisational and Environmental Contexts of Human Resource Management.
