Project Description

As part of the Ideas Fund this project is working with the community group Best Hope and Community Forward.
The primary aim of this project is to create a culturally acceptable safe space for young people to connect, safely discuss their concerns and express themselves and to lead on wellbeing activities some of which are defined on the project timeline.
The initial part of the project will involve exploring a sense of place and identity, within and through the community, with a focus on culture, food and music. These themes will be fluid and responsive co-developed with the young people accessing Best Hope. We will use a suite of approaches to engage young people into thinking about and exploring their identity and relationship with place
