Project Description

The OSHI Project is an innovative initiative that provides immediate help to those who ask for it. It is peer led and driven by personal experience. It creates connections between those who Want Help and those are in a position to Give Help. Furthermore, OSHI exists as a holistic recovery community and provides every opportunity for anyone to start to enjoy life and begin to heal, body, mind and soul through immersion in an on-going programme of recovery and personal healing.

Whilst they have been successful to date they feel they need to bring the processes of the system under the umbrella of an OSHI app. In order to get this developed they need a UX research focus gathering requirements from stakeholders and then translating these into an Adobe XD interactive prototype that can then be taken to a developer to make.

It is therefore proposed that we have two stages to the project. The first is to run a series of focus groups with staff and service users to gather requirements of features and process in order to develop a design brief. The second stage will then involve design students who will take these requirements and design an interactive prototype that can be given to the client to take to a developer to build.
