Development of Ideas Fund Project: The Ideas Fund Showcase

Project Description
This funding would enable us to capture the impact of the Ideas Fund as a catalyst to working in partnership with communities, which will enable us to explore the potential for a future or multiple REF Impact Case Studies. We will map connections, impact and potential for building on what we have developed so far, which is already contributing to many other aspects internally and externally. It positions the University in an innovative space, enhances our civic engagement, knowledge exchange, furthers research opportunities and contributes to our learning and teaching through its two-way approach to learning – researchers can utilise their experiences in the programmes we deliver.
We would like to showcase the impact, relevance, richness and potential for community-led partnership approach:
1. A mapping exercise that will chart the collaborations, connections and added value emanating from the projects.
2. A showcase event for public engagement presenting the progress, outcomes and trajectory of the projects.
