Abstract
Paper originally presented at the 20th Annual Logistics Research Network Conference, 9th to 11th Sept 2015, Derby. This paper reports on an in-progress empirical research study investigating packaging functions and their fulfilment attributes for consumers as shoppers from a logistics perspective.
