This project will explore how AI-driven personalised learning plans can help design future-ready education pathways for Further Education (FE) students and university undergraduates. It will focus on preparing FE students for university by helping them understand academic pathways and career options, while assisting university students in creating plans that support academic success and retention. AI tools will be used to personalise learning and career development, while the project will also inform institutional strategy and pedagogy for future curriculum design. The university’s Teaching Excellence Academy (TEA) will support the creation of training materials for educators, and a skills matrix developed with YHCC will provide a foundation for aligning these personalised plans with industry needs.
